Over the years, I have visited Costa Rica many times and it is one of the most amazing places on the planet. I believe that great transformation can occur in this magical wilderness. This unique journey will focus on rejuvenating your mind, body and soul, so as woman, you can shine more confidently and brilliantly in all areas of your life!

So often our needs end up on the bottom of our to-do-list, and this is why, I have arranged for you to uplevel your health, your wealth and your happiness by putting yourself on the top of list! This entire experience has been created so you can return home to a life you love!

During this retreat, you will immerse yourself in the dance of breath and movement in Ronda's gentle yoga and meditation classes. She invites her student to let go of judgment and reactivity, while creating space for greater self-acceptance, self-confidence, and inner peace. Through yoga and meditation, you will strengthen your relationship with your breath, your body, and your highest self.

Our adventure begins in the high mountain rain forest of the Arenal Volcano and ends at the azure Pacific Coast of the Nicoya Peninsula.Both of these are beautiful places to rejuvenate and reconnect with your inner spirit.You begin your retreat in the rainforest with a junior suite and 3 nights at Hotel Mountain Paradise.

While in La Fortuna (the Arenal Volcano area) you will have the opportunity to fly high above the jungle canopy from a state-of-the-art zip line and navigate sturdy hanging bridges that will take you hundreds of feet high until you are looking straight at the Arenal Volcano. This empowering experience will be a fabulous way to kick off your retreat!

In addition, you will spend an entire day at the Tabacon Spa, Thermal Springs and Temazcal fed by the steaming waters of the Arenal Volcano. While there, you will be invited to participate in a Temazcal steam bath ceremony lead by a local shaman. This very special and spiritual experience is not to be missed!

Then after all the excitement, it's off to relax for 4 nights in the private and exclusive 250 acre beach front resort of Hotel Tango Mar, surrounded by the jungle, at the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific Coast. During this time, you will enjoy the sound of the howler monkeys, exotic birds, pounding surf, walking in the tide pools, viewing the gorgeous sunsets with the wonderful amenities this resort has to offer.

While on the Pacific Coast, you are also invited to participate in my all new "Create Your Perfect Life"morning workshop.This workshop offers a step by step plan that will keep you rejuvenated and living a more joyful, abundant and healthy life!

On your final day on the Pacific, you will board the boat, Bahia Ballena, to enjoy a relaxing cruise and watch the sea birds and jumping fish while we cruise out of the Bay on our way to Curu National Reserve a place we can connect with Mother Earth and some of the most sought after species such as white-faced monkeys, spider monkeys, scarlet macaws, and iguanas.

In addition, Ronda and I will be available for you at all times during your special rejuvenation retreat to ensure you have the most amazing experience possible. Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1 - Welcome to Costa Rica!

Welcome to the Central American Switzerland! You will be met at the San Jose International Airport (SJO) by our English Speaking tour guide and personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation who will be taking you Hotel Mountain Par adise where you will enjoy a Junior Suite for 3 days.

Day 2 - Enjoy La Fortuna!

After breakfast and a cup of Costa Rican coffee, it's off to enjoy a fantastic adventure with amazing views of the Arenal Lake and Volcano offered during the Skyadventure zip line tour.

The Sky Trek tour starts with a tour in the Sky Tram to reach the top of the Arenal reserve, then begins a tour of adventure full of adrenaline above the treetops, which consists on a system of zip lines, that allows you to observe the rain forest and its landscape from a different perspective, safely in an innovative and different system.

During the rest of the day, you will have time at leisure to enjoy the hot springs of the hotel, enjoy your private yoga class and to relax at the fantastic spa of the hotel. Our driver will be taking our group to explore the town where we will enjoy our Welcome Dinner.

Day 3 - A relaxing day!

Wake up with the gorgeous sunshine of the Costa Rican tropical sun, and get ready for a full day (including 3 meals) of relaxation and fantastic sensations at Tabacon Thermal Hot Springs, Spa and Temazcal. The underground Tabacon River flows through the magma in the volcano, the springs, and creates a paradise you will never forget.

Temazcal refers to the traditional sweat bath developed in Mesoamerica, an area that presently includes Mexico, Guatemala and Belize. Representing a return to the healing practices of indigenous medicine, Temazcal is a native purifying and detoxifying ritual performed in a sweat lodge.

The Tabacon Temazcal is the first of its kind in Costa Rica and the only one in the world embedded in the energy of an active volcanic environment at the base of the Arenal Volcano. Beneficial both spiritually and physically, the Temazcal practice flushes toxins from the body while inspiring a state of heightened awareness through hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, chanting, visualization, and meditation exercises with a local Shaman.

Day 4 - Welcome to the Pacific!

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and head towards the Pacific and our next destination of four nights at the fabulous Hotel Tango Mar with a beachfront room and daily yoga with Ronda.

On the way, we will enjoy the beauty of the rain forest with the Arenal Hanging Bridges.

The Hanging Bridges tour consists of eight (8) fixed bridges, ranging in length between 8 and 22 meters, and six (6) hanging bridges, built with the latest techniques and designed with an eye for both beauty and safety.

After the visit to this amazing experience, we will continue to the coast, with a stop at Lajas Restaurant, for a delicious lunch. Afterwards, we will continue to the Orchimex Orchid Factory for a tour.

Day 5 - Enjoy the Pacific!

These next two days will be yours to plan as you wish! Enjoy the sunshine, beaches, surrounding jungles and spa services at your leisure. This is your time to relax, enjoy yoga, a massage, and the services the hotel has to offer. At sunset, we'll meet for a gorgeous sunset ritual at the beach.

Day 6 - Enjoy the Pacific!

After breakfast, you are invited to join Katana for her Morning Workshop followed by a delicious lunch. During the rest of the day, explore the surrounding jungle, walk the beaches, soak in the sun at the pool, take a relaxing massage,our private yoga class and enjoy the services the hotel has to offer.

Day 7 - Pacific Cruise and Jungle Tour!

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, enjoy an amazing morning at the Pacific Ocean aboard the Bahia Ballena, where you will enjoy a relaxing cruise and watch the sea birds and jumping fish while we cruise out of the Bay on our way to Curu National Reserve.

Our captain will take you along the beautiful coastline of Bahia Ballena (Whale Bay), where you will see breathtaking cliffs and ancient caves. Pay attention to the alligator shape of these mountains. You might even see some whales, dolphins and turtles on your way to Curu Wildlife Reserve:

On your way back from Curu you will stop by the sunken steamer BANANA EXPRESS.

This former German steamer is an ideal spot for snorkeling. You will be able to see some magnificent tropical fish and other water creatures.

At sunset, we will meet as a group for our Closing Celebration including cocktails and appetizers at the terrace of the hotel.

Day 8 - Goodbye Costa Rica!

According to the departure flight of the group, we will coordinate the transfer from the hotel to the international airport in San Jose. Guard the memories of this journey, and remember: Pura Vida Costa Rica!
