Our adventure begins in the high mountain rain forest of the Arenal Volcano and ends at the azure Pacific Coast of the Nicoya Peninsula.Both of these are beautiful places to rejuvenate and reconnect with your inner spirit.
The Hotel Mountain Paradise is located in the rainforest near the Arenal Vocano. You begin your adventure here surrounded by gardens and overlooking one of the best views of the Arenal Volcano.
In addition, you will spend an entire day at The Springs Resort and Spa, with a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano which feeds the natural hot and cold springs, four unique dining experiences, animal reserve and an impressive full service Spa. The Springs Resort and Spa at Arenal promises to overwhelm you in every aspect of quality, service and design.
Then after all the excitement, it’s off to relax for 4 nights in the exquisite boutique Cala Luna Hotel. Your fabulous itinerary…
Day 1 – Welcome to Costa Rica!
Welcome to the Central American Switzerland! You will be met at Liberia’s Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) by our English Speaking tour guide and personnel from Costa Rica Dream Travel Corporation who will be taking you Hotel Mountain Paradise where you will enjoy a garden suite in the rainforest for 3 days. We will stop at a typical Costa Rican restaurant on the way for a delicious typical meal of wonderful fresh ingredients. The drive to La Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano area is simply amazing – an event in its own. You will travel from the dry tropical forest to the lush tropical jungle where animals, spectacular views and nature abound. You will want to have your camera out and don’t be surprised if we stop on the road to view a family of howler monkeys or the White-Nosed Coati (or cotamundi), Costa Rica’s version of a raccoon. We will enjoy a Welcome Dinner together this evening.
Day 2 – Enjoy La Fortuna!
Wake up to breakfast and a cup of Costa Rican coffee and then it’s off to enjoy a fantastic adventure with amazing views of the Arenal Lake and Volcano offered during the Skyadventure zip line tour.
The Sky Trek tour starts with a tour in the Sky Tram to reach the top of the Arenal reserve, then begins a tour of adventure full of adrenaline above the treetops, which consists on a system of zip lines, that allows you to observe the rain forest and its landscape from a different perspective, safely in an innovative and different system. We will enjoy a wonderful lunch at the Chill Out Mountain View restaurant and then visit the nearby Butterfly Conservatory with the largest exhibition of butterflies in Costa Rica.
During the rest of the day, you will have time at leisure to relax, enjoy the swim up bar at the pool and gorgeous views. That evening you will be whisked away to the beautiful Nayara Resort Hotel for dinner and wine tasting.
Day 3 – A relaxing day!
Wake up with the gorgeous sunshine of the Costa Rican tropical sun, and get ready for a full day of relaxation and fantastic sensations at The Springs Resort and Hot Springs Spa. The eighteen freeform, landscaped pools of the Springs provides great views of the volcano and a multitude of options. The Arenal hot springs with temperatures ranging from 83 ˚F to 103˚F and environments that vary from raging waterfalls to tranquil forest experiences so you can find the perfect pool for your mood and the current weather conditions. During this time, you can visit the spa, wild animal refuge; go tubing on the river, horseback riding and experience the waterslide.
In addition we will be enjoying lunch and a fun sushi dinner all at the resort. Don’t worry about dressing for dinner – Colleen and I enjoyed our dinner at the sushi bar in our hotel robes so we could go take another dip in the hot springs after dinner. This is really the Pura Vida lifestyle!
Day 4 – Welcome to the Pacific!
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and head towards the Pacific and our next destination of four nights at the fabulous beach hotel, Cala Luna, your visioning workshops and daily yoga.
On the way, we will enjoy the beauty of the rain forest with the Arenal Hanging Bridges.
The Hanging Bridges tour consists of eight (8) fixed bridges, ranging in length between 8 and 22 meters, and six (6) hanging bridges, built with the latest techniques and designed with an eye for both beauty and safety.
After the visit to this amazing experience, we will continue to the coast, with a stop at Lost Iguana for a delicious lunch, and then it’s off to the Pacific beaches of Tamarindo where we will enjoy a sunset overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean of Playa Langosta and Tapas at the hotel restaurant.
Day 5 – Enjoy the Pacific!
These next three days will be yours to plan enjoy the sunshine, beaches, surrounding jungles and spa services at your leisure. This is your time to relax, enjoy yoga, a massage, and the services the hotel has to offer. At sunset, we’ll meet for a gorgeous sunset ritual at the beach.
Today we will spend the day at Lola’s Beach restaurant. We will have a private palm tree covered area reserved all day for dining and relaxing as we explore the fabulous Playa Avellanas nearby beach. We will return to our hotel for dinner.
Day 6 – Enjoy the Pacific!
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel and yoga, join Katana for your Awakened Prosperity – Visioning and Mastermind Workshop and Mastermind. In the afternoon, we will visit the town of Tamarindo for a delicious lunch and fabulous deals on shopping. We will end our evening with sunset cocktails and rituals on the beach and finishing the evening with dinner at our hotel and plenty of time to relax, read and enjoy.
Day 7 – Enjoy the Pacific!
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel and yoga. join Katana for your Awakened Prosperity – Visioning and Mastermind Workshop and Mastermind. Then it’s time to enjoy the sunshine, beaches, surrounding jungles and spa services at your leisure. This is your time to relax, enjoy a massage, and the services the hotel has to offer. At sunset, we’ll meet for a gorgeous sunset ritual at the beach.
At sunset, we will meet as a group for our Special Closing Celebration and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Day 8 – Goodbye Costa Rica!
According to the departure flight of the group, we will coordinate the transfer from the hotel to Liberia’s Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR). Guard the memories of this journey, and remember: Pura Vida
